Terms of Service:

In some instances, the florists photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.

Delivery Procedure:

If chosen to have your delivery left at a residence; the shop is not liable for any damages that occur after drop off. We will leave the flowers in the shadiest spot possible, but cannot guarantee condition of flowers after having been left outside. In the event the delivery is stolen; the shop will confirm the order’s drop off and is not liable for replacement.

If chosen to have the delivery brought back to the shop; the shop will call the sender to notify sender of the failure of delivery. Sender must arrange for pickup; the shop is not held accountable for calling recipient to arrange pickup. The shop will try contacting sender twice of failure of delivery; if contact cannot be made with sender to schedule pickup; the shop is not liable to refund the order.
