Phalaenopsis schilleriana, or Schiller's Butterfly Orchid, native to the Philippines, this plant is admired for its beautifully mottled leaves. Is distinct for its enchanting silvery-green leaves and striking arching sprays of pink-purple flowers.

Blooms in winter on a branching, arching to pendant inflorescence, Flowers are about 2 inches wide. Unique among Phalaenopsis species, it thrives in cooler conditions. Its captivating coloration and adaptability to lower temperatures make it a sought-after gem among orchid collectors.

Phalaenopsis orchids can be grown as indoor plants as long as they get a sufficient amount of light & air circulation. Please be careful with the watering as the medium retains too much moisture. Touch and feel the medium, only when partially dry water the plant. The medium could take up to a week to dry.
